The recently-renovated lodge was re-built from the original early farm homestead.

Rustic shearing sheds and outbuildings are nearby.

There are 2 adjacent suites:

	The larger ’HOUSE’ SUITE has 2-3 bedrooms with beds for 6 including 1 double-bed, containing a lounge, large kitchen-dining room and a large glassed-in viewing room.
	The ’FLAT’ SUITE has 2 bedrooms with beds for 4 including 1 double-bed and is smaller with dining and lounge joined.

Both have wall to wall carpets.

Facilities at the Lodge include modern gas heaters, modern bathrooms, washing machines, dryers, microwave ovens, and functional stoves and refrigerators. The kitchen in the ‘HOUSE’ SUITE has modern cupboards/benches.

Cutlery and crockery are supplied.

Fees

Accommodation fees are in line with accommodation charges in the region. Each booking is separately assessed re the number in the group, the period of stay and whether the larger or smaller suite is to be occupied.

This property is a stand-alone landmark destination on the Great Ocean Road. This private pristine coast provides the best scenery in the region.

The high quality heritage/environment features are a remarkable bonus.

Bookings will be accepted at the discretion of the proprietor. Acceptance may relate to the date of the enquiry and the payment. If your booking is not accepted your payment will be returned. The proprietor may cancel the booking prior to the occupancy.
